Eoin's Reads - Book Exchange

We are pleased to announce that our 2025 Scholar, Ellen Ní Chonchúir, has initiated a book exchange in the Boole Library Reading Nook in memory of Eoin. 

All members of the UCC community can come to take and leave books, to give new life to well-loved copies, and to find new favourites. This book exchange is for those looking to make room on their shelves, and for those looking to fill them.

You are invited to bring along any book(s) you have that you wish to donate, or stop by and pick up a new read. And if you have a minute, take a seat and enjoy some reading time — the space is always open.

We have donated some of Eoin's extensive library to the Reading Nook, and his own wonderful work is also included in this special collection. These books can be found in the "Eoin's Reads" section of
the book exchange, and belong to the library, so these copies should be checked in and out as usual.

Any other books on the shelves are free to be taken home and enjoyed.

We look forward to seeing this initiative take on a life of it's own and hopefully connect more people with Eoin's work and the Scholarship.
