There is a Mountain - A posthumous poetry anthology - €15
The poems in this book have been collected from the various journals and digital sources Eoin left behind him. The work has been carefully complied and organised with the help of friends and mentors, Leanne O Sullivan and John McCarthy, and edited by his sister Maria Murray.
This book tells the story of Eoin's development as a writer and a person. From his initial exploratory voice as a teenager, marked by a kind of wounded innocence, to one that charts his struggles and joys, his delight and curiosity in the everyday interactions of people and places. The writing of Eoin's final year sings with bold, insistent notes, and signals the emergence of a distinctive new voice. His passing will always be mourned as the loss of both an exceptional human being and of a gifted poet with so much ahead on his journey. This book allows Eoin's work to reach and touch people, as he wished, and to share in the bright spirit and humanity so abundant in these pages.
